M.Diaboli started with a small idea from Reverend Adam Cardone and Stuart Palm. The idea was to create a pack of playing cards based on the symbolism that Doktor Anton Szandor LaVey invoked in The Satanic Bible. From this spark has grown The Satanic Playing Cards, (which were funded on Kickstarter in Two Hours!) and a focus on creating the best products and designs for those who share our love of mystery, ritual, the occult, magic, and all things dark and wondrous.

M.Diaboli stands for “Momento Diaboli” which you will find on the side of your The Satanic Playing Cards pack. It means roughly “Remember the Devil.” It is a play on the popular Latin phrase "Momento Mori” meaning to remember the inevitability of death.
